At HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Massachusetts we believe it is important to have the support and encouragement of family and friends. Therefore, we urge families to work with the patient and rehabilitation team to achieve goals and better meet individual needs. Patients work very intently during their individual sessions and also require quiet time and rest periods.
We offer the following open visitation periods and strongly encourage families and friends to work with the team to allow for both visitation time and periods of quiet relaxation
Daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Including Holidays and Week-ends)
Patients are usually involved in therapy sessions from early morning until late afternoon, Monday through Fridays.
